Return and Refund Policy – Kavora Home

At Kavora Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines:

1. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

  • If you simply don’t like the product and there are no quality issues, you may return it to our warehouse in China.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned product in good condition.

2. Returns for Quality Issues

  • If the product has quality issues or defects, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • To process a refund, the customer must provide clear, real photos showing the defect or damage.

  • Return shipping costs in this case are covered by Kavora Home.

  • Refunds are issued after verification of the quality issue.

3. Refund Period

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 months of receiving the product.

  • Items returned or reported after 3 months are not eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support via email or contact form.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. For quality issues, include real photos showing the damage or defect.

  4. Send the product back if required.

  5. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

5. Important Notes

  • All returned items must be in their original condition.
